Pope John Team Summer Sessions

  Summer sessions begin on Thursday, July 7th at 6:30 PM.  These sessions are for athletes of all disciplines and of all abilities (last summer over 100 different athletes showed up for a session).  Join Coach DiGidio, Coach Evans, Coach Morro, Coach Wilson and myself for training in all events (not just distance running) and weight lifting.  For those trying to win a championship, qualify for nationals, make the top 15 list, learn a new event or just improve, the summer is the time to start.  Sessions occur every Monday and Thursday night, so come and get a jump on next season and start working towards your goals.  Also, any cross-country member in need of a workout schedule or their training paces should contact Coach Corcoran.
